An Old Tiger It Was...Roar Tiger Roar

Be it Old Tiger or Old Edwardian or just OT, they were once the students of Sek Men. King Edward Ke-7, Taiping. So, it is now 125 years old. My old school.

If the royal town of Kuala Kangsar was mesmerized by the presence of Maktab Melayu Kuala Kangsar or MCKK, stood in the heart of old heritage town of Taiping is KE 7.

Although i was there only for a year( back in 1987 )but the memories still glitters. The was Pak Long the principle, Junjung(a nickname we used to call our sikh teacher-just dont know how he got it),my English 121 & 122 teacher(just cant remember her name)and also Cikgu Shamsuddin(geograpic teacher) and a few others that brought special thoughts to me. They who taught and showed me how to get through a tough time being a science student.

The was also Mr. Rama, the gardener who seldom wore long pants and the kacang putih man whom we rushed to every class intervals.

Back then we used to have a long break each time our school rugby team won a match. It seems rugby was The Game that Ke 7 was good at. We even scored the national level championship title. But what is it now? Can anyone tell me?

How time flies. Sweet old times as sweet as the young girls then of Convent & Treacher Methodist Girls School(TMGS) whom we fought for from our rivals, of course those Georgies(boys of Sek. Men King George). Well, where are they now?
